    cluberti is absolutely correct, this has been AMD's marketing plan for MANY years, they "name" their chips not by its acutaly clock speed, but by its comparison to Intel's CPU clock speed. While the AMD 3200's run at 2200 MHz, they are equivilant to Intel's CPU running at 3200 MHz.
