    [sOLVED] I redownloaded everything using windows hotfix downloader and excluded the mentioned additional and extra updates and it worked fine. Must be a problem with the alphawave downloader in win toolkit (which is what I used the first time)

    i'm currently running into the same problem, and have steadily removed update after update until I only have general/hotfix/security updates left for windows 7 64. I still get this message when trying a fresh install. I even pulled out things like IE11 with no avail.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
