    I am havig this error also. I got the original disc from MS (Ultimate x64). Unlocked all the versions and installed the updates from the downloader (excluding IE9 and 10) and this error occurs on all 4 of the editions of Windows 7. the original disc works perfect.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
