    Buen dia para todos, me aparecia el mismo error incluso poniendo mi cuenta de microsoft, sin embargo configure la herramienta y la puse en ingles, al seleccionar el sistema operativo, me salio la opcion normal de elegir el idioma de descarga, el resto de proceso fue el normal.
