I just downloaded the Windows ISO Downloader.exe for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM. I want to reinstall Win7 on my laptop. I put the file on a USB stick and put the stick into the laptop, but the laptop doesn't see the stick. So how do I use the Downloader.exe file? Do I just run it? Do I have to burn it to a DVD? I'm not sure what to do with it.
