oguz Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 (edited) Does installing DirectX Redist June 2010 (in McRipSystemfiles) to Windows 8.1 cause any error or problem? :g: I think Windows 8.1 comes with DirectX 11. RicaNeaga Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Actually it's recommended to install the directx redistributable. And it doesn't include only directx 9 & 10 files, but directx 11 files too. Some apps (especially games) need those to be installed, they don't come with windows, or so was the case with xp / vista / 7 and 8, I don't think 8.1 will be the exception.
