Errors during the completion of image Win7 64

An incredibly good tool!
English is not my language, but I will try to explain my problem as best I can.
When I start Win Toolkit the application notifys that an antivirus program is running. I use avast. But I have started the machine with avast off and Win defender is diabeled. I do not have  Other virus programs I on the machine.

When I start Wintoolskit I get this:

 

 

I used to be able to Complete my task without Errors....but now Iam not able to use the new Iso to install, it always halts during installation on Oracle VM VirtualBox. If I use an older (1 week old) Iso, the instalation is ok.(On Oracle VM VirtualBox) . I have used a New downloaded Win7 iso for making my New Iso,

Somthing halts the integration of updates or programs...

 

Anybody have a hint/Clue where to look for the fault?
