Can someone send $5-$10 bucks to kelsenellenelvian @ gmail .com as a gift via paypal?

 

Not through the donation link but as a gift to my name. I want to see if it is true that they don't charge transfer\process fees for gifts.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
