IE11 require old updates?

So when you fresh install Windows 7 on a machine in Windows Update it asks you if you want to install IE10 or IE11 so i pick IE11 of course, but do i also need to download the IE8 Cumulative updates as well or just IE11 and the updates for that as well. Same thing with integrating them.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
