Update Installer always hangs on first msu file

Salve, all!

 

I'm stuck.  Every time I add an msu file for WinToolkit (1.5.3.21) to install, it hangs and the status bar says, "Integrating...".

This happens with any msu file.

If I push cancel, then it changes to "aborting..." but never resolves and just hangs.

 

Am I missing a step?

So I just drag the msu file (x64 bit Windows 7 Pro) onto the Update Installer Window and push "start".

But it always hangs.

What do I do?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
