Window 7 Updates intergration,still need to update after installation

Hi Guys

Im on win 10 home x64,currently integrating updates for Dell re installation disk win7(updates shows about 1.5GB)

Updates been applied after installation keep showing the updates..

Did i missed out anything?

Help would be appreciated

just check the log no error,attached is the log file
