When you click on windows the screen just shows blank. no windows version is displayed. if you click on dell you get those displayed. all the others display except windows 10

what is the fix for this.

 

i have tried on 3 different computer and even used a hotspot to rule out firewall rules

    The same thing happens to me, the Windows 10 and 8 option does not load, it shows a blank image. Is there no support for this? The other operating system options do not have this drawback.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
