Nomadturk Posted May 15, 2008 Share Posted May 15, 2008 You can.I've attached an example .lnk for you.What you have to do is to create a new link, you should specify the program to be run as below.RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL HotPlug.dllName it as you wish then save.
