I'm doing a project and I was wondering whether anyone had or could make a page border with a vista line sort of style that goes along the page, by line style I mean like this image

Could you link me too one or make one maybe?

I need it for an A4 page and to have a white/clear background as in like no background so it adapts to the colour its put on.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
