One of 4 ways:

Using nLite you add it as a hotfix in the hotifxes page. <-- Pre-installation.

Using the RVM integrator you add it into the addons part. < Pre installation.

Most of them (Remember I said MOST) can be extacted and you simply right click on the extracted inf and choose "Install", Or you run the incuded silent installer depending on the addon type. < Post-installation.

Or WITH LOTS OF LUBRITCIATION!!! Get it? No? Darn...
