Actually it is really obvious you used a MSN hacker like the one you get from mess.be or apatch.

You will need to de-install and do a full re-install of it.

THEN carefully patch it again this time making sure to leave webcam properties...

Just give me this icon in a *.dll or *.ico or etc. !
