the settings that you made is in that "CircleDock0.9.2Alpha8.2\System\Settings"

well i`m working on it but i stopped for a while

had some problem as the settings can't be changed to %programfiles%

so i need to test updateins = command in inf

i will try to release it soon

well i can make one that is empty

no icon or any added

the problem is adding stuff to the dock

i will try to finish the empty one today

and hope to upload it tomorrow

Edit:I fixed an Issue i had with language

Tomorrow i will start on shortcuts and uninstaller and test Setting hopefully the fix works

Edit2:

All problems Should be Fixed now i almost finished the Rocket Problem

i`m doing the latest Work in the inf then i would upload it
