Sorunu çözdüm shell32.dll i silip yerine modlanmışını koymuştum orjinal shell32 dosyası yerinde olmadığı için böle bi sorun oluyormuş... Güenli modda shell32.dll dosyasını yerine koyduğumda sorun düzeldi..

    3. Adjust your preference.
