This is 7 xDark v2.4 based on steelflash i have changed the images from the top of the explorer window and a few more things i did myself, steelflash is my favourite windows 7 theme :)

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
