hi!!! guys....... how to set the taskbars or start button like windows7??????????????/

i tried more and more... but i cant..... i change the explorer but nothing plese.... i think modify registry in menu size and with but how i dont know plese help me...... i know when xp is installed but i dont know how to change when xp is installed time please help me....or ha when i m install addons like slide bar or rocketdock but it is not running when xp is start when we want manually start then it is start so plz how to do it help me..............ok.... thnks......
