    I looked into the issue a bit more and I found it only happens when multiple images are selected. If I only select one image, the DISM windows are not visible. Here's a video of the issue. http://www.screentoaster.com/watch/stUEhdQExBRFtYR11ZXF5dU1NS Skip to about 1:30 to see where the windows appear. Screen Toaster didn't capture my mouse pointer for some reason.
