    Heidoc is always crashing

    I am experiencing the problem with the blank page. And any thread I find leads back to this post. It is really nice that there is this FAQ Answers page, but it is useless to me? Am I the only one? I don't know what HOSTS files are, what TLS 1.2 settings are, or what the lines in red text mean. How I could change these settings or where to find those files. I don't know how to fix the problem in any way with this information. I don't think I am being unreasonable if I say this needs some additional information/context.
