    What to expect so far for build 53 (not released yet):

    That's normal, Windows 7 comes with packages included.

    For previous versions, I wonder why something like this came out?

    Apart from these, "IE 9" first starting "Setup with default settings" in settings directly from the pop-up sign in if IE 9.
