Do I need to be worried about the above?

Hi All I have had to start a new thread re above as the original will not let me post anything... I have the sidebar installed on an XP machine and it is working fine, but Spyware Terminater picks up a Trojan attached? I have also scanned with Avast Anti-Virus and Malwarebytes and these say it is clean... Anyone else experience this?
