OK!
Tested my Windows 7 AIO (32-bit and 64-bit) created by W7T...
If boot.wim is SP0 works for images SP0 and/or SP1 (install.wim files).
If boot.wim is SP1 works for images SP0 and/or SP1 (install.wim files).
Using boot.wim SP1 and Windows 7 x64 SP0 (install.wim) works!

Youre putting RTM and SP1 images onto one disc, doesnt it create any problems?
It was just for testing W7T to create an AIO DVD and check the Name and Description. Yes I used Windows 7 x86 RTM SP1 and Windows 7 x64 RTM SP0.
Testing Windows 7 x86 SP1 works...But I need to test Windows 7 x64 SP0. Because like you guess the boot.wim is SP1 with my example.

Many thanks Legolash2o for the new release!
Now creating an Windows 7 AIO with W7T - for any localized version - we save time and we aren't obliged to change manually the Name; but we can of course!

Yes, works like you said, even if there is no more Displayname and Displaydescription inside imageinfo.xml.

Now Displayname and Displaydescription are correct but we need to change the image names!
However I think it's neeeded to add a new tab with AIO Creation because now we can only change Displayname and/or Displaydescription and an error occurs because the image names are identical!
Could you add a new tab to change the names?

I think you can try to use a new time imagex.exe /export, like this:
Example (adapt the paths and folder names to suit your needs):
imagex /export C:\Win7_AIO\sources\install.wim 1 .\install.wim "Windows 7 Ultimate (Full) x86"
imagex /export C:\Win7_AIO\sources\install.wim 2 .\install.wim "Windows 7 Ultimate (Trimmed) x64"
imagex /export C:\Win7_AIO\sources\install.wim 3 .\install.wim "Windows 7 Ultimate (Full) x64"
imagex /export C:\Win7_AIO\sources\install.wim 4 .\install.wim "Windows 7 Ultimate (Trimmed) x86"Install fist WAIK for Windows 7 to use imagex.exe!
Because it seems when you have merged your images some descriptions deosn't match the architecture!

I don't think it's imagex.exe, but W7T. Because when I use Imagex.exe /info all informations are displayed (also Displayname and Displaydescription)...But W7T display only Name and Description on the window and we can change Name and Description.
However I used a new time WIM Manager for my Windows 7 AIO and changed Name and Description with French language.
You can try imagex.exe /info with a clean install.wim image to see the result with your English version!
Here is the [1].xml file and we can see there is only Name and Description changed! And same result using imagex.exe /info after all images are merged...Displayname and Displaydescription are removed.

It's strange because [1].xml file and wininfo,txt aren't the same!
It seems you used GImageX.exe to change : Name, Description, Displayname and Displaydescription.
You can try to use W7T to change the values or use a new time imagex.exe /export
First check the size about your images for x86 and amd64 and use imagex.exe /export:
Example (adapt to your needs and chek the image size for x86 or amd64 images [Full and Trimmed]):
imagex /export C:\Win7_AIO\sources\install.wim 1 .\install.wim "Windows 7 Ultimate (Full) x86"
imagex /export C:\Win7_AIO\sources\install.wim 2 .\install.wim "Windows 7 Ultimate (Trimmed) x86"

EDIT: Can you please go to WIM Manager, rename an image and description to anything and then attach the new 1.xml please.

You can use:
imagex.exe /info %systemdrive%\Distribution_Folder\sources\install.wim
And you will see where are the errors!
Using imagex.exe /info is usefull to read all descriptions and architecture about images inside install.wim.
I think it's not an error about Architecture but about: Name, Description and/or Displayname, Displaydescription.
You can use 7zip and open the install.wim file...Copy the [1].xml file on a folder and open this one.
The file [1].xml is read with imagex.exe /info
<ARCH>0</ARCH> = Architecture x86
<ARCH>9</ARCH> = Architecture amd64
You can also use:
Dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:"%systemdive%\Distribution_Folder\sources\install.wim"
You can change the values with W7T !

You can use GImageX.exe or W7T! And read the Name, Desciption, Displayname and Dsiplaydescription inside the .xml file and to see where are the errors! Change the values to suit your needs!

Yes, I tested disabling features by dism from command prompt and it works. Yay!
But since I create an AIO disk, I seek to write a batch file in order to automate the process.
I suppose I'll post a feature request to add the option of running a custom batch file upon finishing.

I think it's using imagex.exe using export command:

However you can Edit the image names and decriptions with the button at bottom left!

I have no errors even if I keep this passes with my Autounattend.xml file for 32-bit Editions or 64-bit Editions!

Already tested...but unfortunatly doesn't work, because all passes are proceded and the batch files will be launched two times: for x86 and amd64 passes.
Even if the batch is correct with this particular Autounattend.xml file, the best method is to create different batch files for each architecture, like shown with my example above.
However may works for 32-bit selected Editions, but not for 64-bit selected Editions and the installation fails!

About Autounattend.xml AIO (x86/amd64).
I made many, many tests...
- First, I see that all passes are proceded, even when they are reversed (first amd64 and after x86).
(We can see that inside: C:\Windows\Panther\unattend.xml)
- Second: If the same batch is used, it will be launched two times and the installation may fails.
A workaround is to use different batches for each version (x86 and amd64) using "RunSynchronousCommand" and/or "FirstLogonCommand"
Example working fine for me with Autounattend.xml AIO (x86/amd64):
Tested successfully with my DVD Windows 7 AIO for image 32-bit and image 64-bit ! No errors.
Autounattend.xml (using default key for Windows 7 Ultimate. The name is fictitious...)

It's not recommended to use "hidecon.exe" inside: %SystemDrive%\System32...exept, if you remove the command after the silent installation !

<unattend xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:unattend">I will make an test with your values BUT adding subfolders (x86 and x64) for RunSynchronousCommands and FirstLogonCommands.
