    blue folders 2017 (уменьшена насыщенность синего цвета папок)
              
    res файл с патчером.
    извлечь на C:\  
    в папке work запустить файл Distributive.
    потом запустится icon-cache-cleaner.
    сам собирал именно под десятку.
