MSDN versions are not yet released.

1903 ISOs have been recently released to MSDN subscribers TH April 18

don't know if Windows ISO Downloader tool can obtain these from MSDN as someone recently asked in another forum

1903 MCT pulled until late May public release

Unfortunately MS has managed again to block the ISO Downloader from generating download links for Win 7 and Office 2010.

It is still unclear whether it is a temporary block, or whether my collection of product keys, that generate the links in the background, has been completely burned. As for now, I'm pausing link generation for the next 24 hours, before re-starting it with a massive throttle. Cached download links of the past 24 hours remain accessible until they expire.

In the mean time, you can either download the files from DELL (multi-lingual), or use the recently leaked updated Win 7 images (English only):

These images include all updates up until August 2018 including (warning!!) the Windows 7 telemetry updates.

These downloads will be included in the next version of the ISO downloader.

The future of the normal Win 7 downloads depends on whether my key collection will start working again after a few days of cool down period. If they do, we will be able to provide a few language editions per product (about two to five different languages at a time, determined by community demand).

If the key collection is burned, I will let it cool down for about six months, and then try again to provide a few language editions per product (possibly obtaining more product keys in this time frame, to be able to add very few downloads back before the six months are up). I will give an update after the weekend to let you know which of these two possibilities is the case.

The next release of the ISO downloader is planned for some time next week, including the Win 7 August 2018 updates, as well as some highlighting in the languages dropdowns for Win 7 and Office 2010 to indicate which languages are currently available.

about these "leaked" Win7 ISO images Jan: I've downloaded them thru a cable internet connection weeks ago and these ISOs also include .NET Framework 4.7.2 and Internet Explorer 11 (and their corresponding patches for Aug. 2018).  the win7 "telemetry" updates (like KB2952664) can be uninstalled after installing Win7 with these leaked ISOs as the "uninstall" option for many of these telemetry patches is available in the "Installed Updates" list in the Programs and Features control panel app.

Sorry for spamming but version 8.06 works... Download that version and you can generate links without getting the error. Because the ISO Downloader is server based, you can use older versions to generate new links even the product you need was added afterwards (don't try really old versions that uses TechBench).

    Regards,

    SnowBall

where can v8.06 be downloaded?  Heidoc.net site offers latest version only (v8.07)

  4. the original 1809 downloads are still available with the latest Windows ISO Downloader tool but now has a Warning message next to it because Microsoft found numerous problems with the 1809 release (seems like MS really rushed this version) and has temporarily halted offering them on their web site

The downloads will become available once released by MS. As far as I know this is supposed to happen on Monday (but can really be any time now).

probably Monday April 30 at 10am pacific time.  for those living in greater time zones than the Pacific Time zone, that could be Tuesday May 1.

I live in southwest USA, more accurately Southern California, USA, which is the same time zone as Microsoft though MS resides in another state than where I live.

    just wait patiently folks :)

also it will NOT be called the "Spring Creators Update" as Microsoft now calls it the April 2018 Update (I hope the updated Windows ISO Download tool refers the upcoming 1803/1804 release as the April 2018 Update).  The "Creators Update" naming stuff is already overused & future feature updates for Win10 should be called something else other than using "Creators Update".

Edit 4/30: see my latest post here.

In addition to the existing prerequisite updates listed in MS KB article 2847882, these two Windows 7 updates need to be installed or IE11 setup will still fail:

    KB2882822 - Update adds ITraceRelogger interface support to Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1, Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

    [2882822 > 32bit download - 64bit download]

KB2888049 - Update is available that improves the network performance of Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

    [2888049 > 32bit download - 64bit download]

The IE11 setup program checks to see if those two other updates are installed and is logged in the IE11_main.log file in the Windows folder.  I didn't have those two Win7 SP1 updates installed the first time around when I downloaded & installed IE11 but had the other five prerequisite updates installed.  So be sure to integrate these two new prerequisite updates for IE11.
