    I'm having the exact same problem. I did get an active link for a Dell image but nothing under windows 8, 8.1, or 10. I've used this service for years (I have also donated) and have never had a problem like this. I downloaded and installed the app twice, no difference. The Dell image was the usual expierence. Any ideas ... Thanks The images don't show that I chose windows 10 and Dell but I did.
