HELP! awhile back I encrypted some files - have a userkey.psw icon and encrypt certifi file icon. I dont know how to get into either of these; my computer had been reformatted awhile ago, didnt want anyone into these so followed the instructs to do this.....duh, now I cant remember how to get them open! can anyone help? I'm a newbie, and dont know about lots of programs to open these kinds of things. so any info in layman's terms is quite appreciated. Desperate to see what pics/docs these are in case I need to keep. if yu could help asap? Thanks a lot!

jan, I downloaded ImgBurn, now I cant find the ISO file I downloaded yesterday. what now? I'm just not into this(an oldie) type of stuff; can you walk me thru? thanks, if not, thanks anyway for your input, I value it.

and just to be sure I'm doing it right, if this downloads correctly, then what do I do? just burn to a dvd? and then I can wipe my computer, and reinstall from this disk, correct? sounds easy, but never is....thanks again! want to do it right the first time!

hi jan, my IE is 11, but I usually use either chrome or firefox quantum for browser; my os is win7 pro (64 bit). thanks, I'll try the above link....

hi jan, tried that link yesterday when you sent, STILL cant do anything! I select my os, then hit confirm, the box "lights up" kinda, then nothing.......; whats wrong? need to download this os, thanks for your help.

hi jan, this link is giving me the 404 FORBIDDEN message. how come?

trying to download my win7 pro (64x) version of OS. when I click on confirm, it sits, does nothing, no error message, Zilch! I need this now, what am I doing wrong? thanks for reply ASAP!!
