[Solved] WinToolkitRunOnce.exe not responding

After intergrating silent installers and updates and addons, I tested a Windows 7 installation CD, everything appeared to be going smoothly.  However when I logged in the WinToolkitRunOnce.exe process was not responding, and I had to close it in order to proced with login.  Can someone please help me?

 

 

EDIT:Nevermind I got it to work the disc drive was not working properly

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
