Ricktendo how do you get that in the real vista?

I have vista and I haven't got that.

Is it a ultimate extra or is it also availbale in home premium?

I already got it. It's QT's Tabbar that makes thumbnail preview on mouseover possible. QT's creations are great! My XP system now has easier accessibility because of QT. But still I can't figure out how to use the search toolbar. The provided manual is in chinese. :(
