Okay, the IE-Icon is replaced with the Win8 (modern ui-crap), may a thing of taste, i prefer the win7 ie11 Logo:

Firefox logos, may u can see the different:

(ATM WTK use the 2009 Logo, up-to-date is the 4th - 2013 logo)

Personally, I like the 2005 or the 2009 FF logo better than the 2013 one, just like you like the Win7 IE logo better. (I do too.)

Yeah, at first i also dislike the new FF logo, cuz its mozillas modyfing for Win8, - a friend of me still dislike the new icon.

But more and more now i like this style, its flat and free of noise, hard to explain, it associated "more performance/cleaned/up2date" :)

 

Independent of taste, i think the best way is to show up2date/true icons/names.

If i see the old icon, it associating me, i download now an old firefox version, u know.
