when I.E started in windows 7sp1, every time this link  tries to open.

 

plz tell me how to disable it. Also i have tried to set the home page: "about:blank"  but no result.

Ohyeah that would be great to have a tweak for it in AIO-Integrator.

There is already a tweak in AIO :

 

"Internet Explorer/IE Homepage"

 

But may be, it does not work with IE11.

I remember i have already (also in other tools in past) all time set "Internet Explorer/IE Homepage"" an other one and got nevertheless this "welcome-page".

Like hes said "Also i have tried to set the home page: "about:blank"  but no result." - thats just for homepage, this welcome-page open nevertheless (just) at first start.

 

But im not 100% sure since which version, can be 8 or 9.
