WTK ignored proxy settings in IE`s “Internet Options” and try download updates directly from server. It`s a bug?

Win Toolkit v1.4.37.20, Win7.

    The last time I used WTK was when it download updates from McRip server :) There was no problem with proxy.

    Now I check Windows Hotfix Downloader. It downloads updates via proxy with no problem.

     

    I set proxy through `Control panel` - `Internet Options` - `Connections` Tab. Each connection I controlled with firewall and monitor in proxy program.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
