Why install programs and updates simultaneously instead of one after the other as it was before? 

 

This introduces a mess in the order of programs 

 

Is this a bug or feature of the program?

    The author of WinToolkit has reverted the behaviour of the installer to the sequential install in the newer versions. Get the latest from here.

     

    You can update just the installer on your build by manually mounting and unmounting the install.wim. You don't have to do a complete run just to update the installer.
