Strange problem with adding drivers

I'm having an issue integrating drivers. It goes like this. I select my image. I pick the driver folder to add. It does "counting drivers" for a few minutes, but never actually displays the number it's on. After than, it says there were driver errors (normal for me, that's not the problem). Then, and here's the weird part, the main window vanishes. It's still in the tray. I can see it in task manager. But I can't get the window back. This happens every single time. Granted, I'm adding a pretty large number of drivers (5000+), but it works perfectly fine on older versions. 1.5.3.3 works correctly. Anything beyond that exhibits the problem described. And it really is as simple as using one EXE rather than the other. I'll provide any logs or other information necessary.
