HELP! awhile back I encrypted some files - have a userkey.psw icon and encrypt certifi file icon.  I dont know how to get into either of these; my computer had been reformatted awhile ago, didnt want anyone into these so followed the instructs to do this.....duh, now I cant remember how to get them open!

can anyone help?  I'm a newbie, and dont know about lots of programs to open these kinds of things.  so any info in layman's terms is quite appreciated.  Desperate to see what pics/docs these are in case I need to keep.

if yu could help asap?  Thanks a lot!

    Configure browser push notifications
