OK, I am getting this error message when cleaning my funk files with WinXP Manager. It comes up during the final stages of sending to the recycle bin.

Could be application problem, try to reinstall it for a starter..

Thanks N1K but I have already tried that. I also deleted all traces of the program before reinstalling it.

I tried to google for an answer but without luck. You can only contact their support since I'm almost sure that this problem is application related.. :confused02:

OK, Thanks. I tied to google it also but since I had no luck, I thought maybe someone has had this issue before and wasn't sure if it was the program or not.

I would suggest downloading shellexview and autoruns, disable all non-Microsoft items, reboot, and try again. The error you're getting is a simple access violation error (something, likely running inside the application or explorer.exe passed a bad pointer or returned a bad address from a call, causing the error). If that doesn't fix it, it's a problem with the app and you'll have to contact the vendor (as already noted).
