remove network setup wizard, new connection wizard?

does anyone know of a post-install method for removing the "network setup wizard" and "new connection wizard" from the network connections folder? i dont necessarily need the wizards themselves deleted, but since i never use them, it would be nice if there was a way to remove any shortcuts to them...

ive tried nLite and the group policy editor...neither removes the shortcuts.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
