trying to follow instructions to edit boot.ini to change boot screen to vista rtm but i have 3 of them

boot.ini.backup, system.ini.backup, & win.ini.backup and all 3 located in C:\WINDOWS\pss

instructions say boot.ini in C:\Windows\System32 but not there

done all the searches & tips to find & that's what & where i have

currently running the vista inspirant 2.1 pack but with the crappy xp boot screen lol!

do i just create a new one & place in C:\Windows\System32 ? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

ın order to see and modify boot.ini file, you need to make hidden system files visible.

Then, go to your os drive (i guess its the c drive) and open boot.ini file.
