problem with extracting ?

hello everybody so the problem is i use universal extractor to extract ressources but one file can't extracted by UE i don't know why he write this:

"impossible to extract install.exe the file type returned to :Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 [Overlay]" sorry i translated the text because its in french and thank you for your help :)
