i was looking at my pc spec. and came across 64 architecture

on intel

Throw in an empty HDD and give it a whirl! :)

If it doesn't work, you haven't lost anything.

Although I would avoid XP-64 like the plague though. Driver issues mainly.

Vista-64 is pretty solid. I've been using it for months.

ok i tried to boot from the disc but it don't seem to boot.

it goes into some ms dos stuff then ask's for something

i think its to do with my BIOS

but how can i tell if my BIOS is capable with 64 bit???

locked topic because i can't go on 64-bit on my computer due to the MoBo can not handle it. ~Snake
