Vista freezing after sleep

I have I strange problem, after Vista come back from sleep. It freezes 10 seconds, 60 seconds are ok, then frezees again 10 seconds, 60 sec are ok, in regular intervals.... I that 10 seconds, I can't move mouse (pointer :) ) and desktop is frozen.

The strange part is that sometimes it doesn't freezes after sleep.

The problem was before and after SP1 instalation.

I pull out my creative sound x-fi card and it didn't helped.

I denistaled most of system hungry programs (google desktop, mysql, soundcard drivers...)

Reinstalled graphic drivers...

Nothing helped :(

I need sleep option, it saves mi a lot of time...

my conf:

MB: P35-DS3R

CPU: Q6600

Graphic: XTX 8800GT

    Configure browser push notifications
