I have noticed that the permissions for "HKEY_Classes_Root\" have TrustedInstaller permissions and cannot import registry settings for Windows 7 Toolkit addons

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to take ownership of a registry key either via VB .NET or Command Prompt. Thanks

I have had similar problems with addons and xp, there is a way to do it via inf but i do not fully understand it

Is that the mod you used? how do i install the .inf i.e. "Reg.inf /Install" cos with W7T, i wont be able to right click lol

There is a exe thats in system32 that can launch a DefaultInstall section of a inf

InfDefaultInstall.exe NameOfFile.inf
