And i am also not able to create my own msgina.dll using the already one's....pls can anybody fix my MSGINA.DLL or can create and upload here

use reshacker to edit ure msgina,then for the avi, simply use the keepvid web site to download ure link in higher quality mp4 then convert it to uncompressed avi using tmpgenc or virtual dub then simply add ure avi and you should be good to go.

so you can use the "template" made my cro-man in this post: that ccl0 gave you. obviously you will need to play with the video encoders output size so the video fits right in the given dimentions.
