Se que quiza esto este fuera de temas pero es que llevo mucho tiempo buscando y no encuentro respuesta, aver si alguien sabe algo al respecto y me puede ayudar con esto:

me gustaria saber como editan los iconos de la barra de herramientas del explorer se como cargarlos y como extraerlos pero no se como editarlos ni como los hace la gente es, al editarlos me da muchos fallos de visualizacion, alguien me podria explicar como se hacen?, repito se que exta fuera de tema... pero llevo mucho tiempo poniendo post en foros y la verdad es que no tengo mucho exito.
