Bueno resulta que tengo 2 problema con VMware Workstation, siempre use el VM de Microsoft pero me dijeron que este el VMWare es m

    1 Si integras el cpl mio o de kel hay una herramienta llamado "Microsoft Autoplay Repair Wizard" que repara autoplay

    2 Asegurate que VMware esta apuntado a tu .iso porque suena como esta cargando de el xp que tienes puesto en tu cdrom
