Hi! I'm new here and I'm really in need of help.

Some time ago, I came across this while looking for a slipstreamed installer*: Windows XP PRO SP3 (5508) VistaVG Ultimate Style

It featured a very unique appearance - even at the installer portion:

Needless to say, I want to create my own custom installer with the same look/features. Can anybody help me with this? I'd appreciate it greatly if anyone could teach me how I can transform my installer like that.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
