Hola a todos queria preguntar con que programa puedo hacer este tipo de instalador con la imagen de fondo:

me baje el inno setup pero lo único que he conseguido es cambiar la imagen del asistente de instalador y el nsis existe un plugin llamado "Gaphical installer" pero es de pago y ni siquiera consigo una demo. A lo mejor ustedes conocen otra forma de hacerlo.
