Por qué aparecen estos errores cuando le doy a "Prueba de Hardware..." en la pestaña de "Voz"?

He borrado algún controlador importante? Solo he borrado: Pen Tablet serial y 'Sony Jog Dial'. O el "Soporte de Voz".

Alguien tiene una solución? Gracias.

ya he probado todo eso y mas. y no da resultado. todas las paginas que encontre en google redirigen a ese enlace y a otro. pero no es una solción a esto por lo que parece.
